Shipping upgrades

If you purchase Express post or Priority shipping, please leave your telephone number at check-out.

Lost or damaged packages

If you package is got lost or damaged in the mail, I will file a claim through canada post to get a refund from the insurances. All packages are sent with insurances. I only issue a refund once I went through the whole insurance claim through canada post and receive a confirmation your package was lost or damage through canada post. I do not issue a refund before then. The whole process takes on average 45 business days.
