5 out of 5 starsBeautiful print and very friendly and responsive seller. There was a slight issue with the sizing of our print, and a replacement was sent immediately after I contacted the shop. The replacement fit a standard frame perfectly.

Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately I am unable to accept custom orders at this time.
What is your return and refund policy?
All our items are made with great care and we hope you like them. However, we realize that there may be situations where merchandise needs to be returned. To be eligible for a return, item(s) should be returned in its original packaging, unused, in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
We do not offer refunds and exchange on:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Original Artwork
* Ready to Hang Canvas
* Digital Artwork / Digital Prints
Gift items purchased between Nov15-JAN1 will be accepted until JAN10,23 (excluding custom items, ready to hang canvas)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. COD SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Shipping options
CANADA
- Small items that can fit in an envelope will ship regular post and will not include tracking. Parcels too large to fit through a mail slot shipped within Canada will include tracking and insurance.
UNITED STATES
- All orders shipped to United States include tracking and insurance.
EVERYWHERE ELSE
International orders outside of Canada and United States
- The tracking availability depends on destination, service, package size and weight ...
NOTE:
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Buyers, are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for international goods.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (Part 1)
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days.
Orders purchased between November 15 and January 1 will be accepted until January 10, 2023. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Original Artwork
* Ready to Hang Canvas
* Digital Artwork / Digital Prints
Exchanges (if applicable)
All our items are made with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason they arrive damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, in your msg or email please be sure to include:
* A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
* Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (Part 2)
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund (if applicable, see Part 1) to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. COD shipments will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns for Senay Studio items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store.
