I usually only ship on a Monday or Tuesday. Sometimes I don't get a day off and sometimes my work takes me out of town. Usually your order will ship in 3-5 days though.

I will accept a return on an item if I have made a significant mistake with the item description or I have made a mistake and shipping the wrong item. If a customer purchases the incorrect pattern or the wrong size, I may (if contacted very politely) accept an exchange or substitution if buyer pays all costs for return and replacement shipping. 20+ years of selling on eBay has taught me that liberal return policy's significantly increase fraud.

I accept them... Probably. Less than 10% of our sewing patterns are currently listed on Etsy... I have thousands more waiting to be added (slowly). Contact me and I'll list it for you.

Especially since COVID, too many buyers are extremely careless, buying items without reading the Description or my Store Policies. This costs us time and considerable frustration to deal with, not to mention non-refunded fees and penalties to our store metrics from cancellations. As a default... if you contact me IMMEDIATELY and are extremely polite, I will very likely refund/cancel your sale without penalty. If you wait over 24 hours and I have started to process your sale, I may charge a small 10% cancellation fee. If you wait until after I have shipped your item... see my policy on Returns.

A sewing pattern is a tool to create a garment with - NOT A COMPLETED GARMENT! You would be astonished at how many buyers think I'm selling them a dress or completed costume for about $10! It is just a Sewing Pattern... and also does not include the fabric, textiles or related sewing notions needed to complete the garment.

You want this sewing pattern, what size do you need? What notions or fabric? What sewing skill level is it? READ THE ENVELOPE PATTERN BACK! I include a good quality photo of the pattern back for every pattern. Take your exact measurements and compare them with the sizing chart on the back. The maker's pattern description should state skill level suggested and all recommended fabrics and notions to construct the garment.

Not especially... but I have been selling on eBay for over twenty years and I could tell you more horror stories of outright buyer fraud than you could believe! I strive for 100% buyer satisfaction... and having good clear, precise Policies and Terms & Conditions helps to avoid misunderstandings.
