When will my order ship?
Each item is made to order, so processing times vary by product. You’ll find the estimated processing time listed on each product page. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provide
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes can be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, orders move into production and can no longer be canceled or modified, especially for personalized items. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalization details are submitted at checkout. If we have any questions about your personalization, we’ll reach out before production begins. Please make sure all spelling and details are entered exactly as you’d like them to appear.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our items make wonderful gifts. While we don’t offer gift wrapping at this time, pricing is never included on packing slips, so items can be shipped directly to the recipient.
