The clear acrylic backing is covered with a protective film during production and packaging to prevent scratches. Any smudged appearance is typically on this removable protective layer and disappears once it is peeled off. Regarding the plug type, we provide a standard 12V adapter and accommodate US plug requests when specified before shipping. Unfortunately, we did not receive a message requesting a US plug for this order. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

We did not receive a prior message requesting a USA plug, but we would have gladly arranged that for you. Regarding the acrylic surface, protective film is applied to prevent scratches during production and shipping. Any visible marks are typically on the protective layer and can be removed after peeling.
