I purchased as a grand opening gift for our orthopedic clinic team at work, including our doctor. The tracking system on Etsy froze up for a couple of days, but when I reached out to Sarah to inquire further, she was very prompt and helpful letting me know when she shipped my order and what she was able to track on her end. She remained in close contact with me until I let her know when my order arrived (which wasn't long at all). Granted, she wasn't able to control the process after she shipped my order but she remained helpful until it was received. The badge reels were prettier in person than the pictures online showed. She had them in a cute little gift bag! Her extraordinary talents and fabulous customer service has brought me to place 2 more orders with her as our Ortho team has rapidly grown! This was a grand opening gift for my Ortho doctor. I ordered the ones with hairbows for the lady team members as well. Sarah was very prompt in responding to my shipping concerns that ended up being out of her control, but I wanted items received before our grand opening. Etsy's tracking system froze up but Sarah was able to assist me further and remained in contact with me until I received my order. The quality is great, and better than pictured.
