Hi, I'm Luci and like most of you, I've been there. Juggling jobs, chasing invoices, scribbling quotes on scraps of paper, and having absolutely no idea what the business actually made last month.
I've worked with small business owners across trades and services for years, and the same problems come up time and time again. Not enough hours in the day. Too much time on admin. No clear system to keep track of what's coming in and going out.
Small Business Systems was born out of frustration with tools that were either too complicated, too expensive, or clearly designed by someone who'd never run a job in their life. Every template in this shop is practical, straightforward, and built around the way trades and service businesses actually work — not how a spreadsheet designer thinks they should.
