Frequently asked questions
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us!
Production and Shipping Time
Production Time 2-7 Days (usually 3 days)
Standard Shipping Time 2-5 Days (usually 3 days)
Express Shipping Time 1-3 Days
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the you reports they have yet to receive it, SMARKET GROUP LTD won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.

Message response times
We respond within 24 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays may vary for response time.
Please send us a message through ETSY messages and not our email if purchased through the Etsy platform. If you don't hear back from us, please resend the message as we sometimes miss some messages due to spam messages that come to our inbox.
Brands
We use Bella+Canvas for Unisex Adult and Youth t-shirts.
Our Toddler and Baby t-shirts and bodysuits are Rabbit Skins, they are both the same quality and sizing. Please note that there might be very slight differences in color/material depending on the brand.
Sizing details
Shirts are based on unisex Sizing unless otherwise noted in the items description. Please review the size chart on the listing photos in every listing for a detailed sizing chart with measurements.
If you have a question regarding sizing, please check our sizing chart that is on all of our listing photos and if you still have any questions, please contact us before ordering. Since all shirts are made to order, sizing issues will not be refunded, with no exceptions. Please double check all personalization/style selected before placing your order, we do not offer exchanges due to incorrectly spelled names or incorrect style selected.
