What is the photo size?
The printed photo needs to be approximately
3/4 x 1/2 inch (1.7 x 1.5 cm)
Do you do the photos too?
Yes, I can do the photo for you. It is $5 per printed photo or text. Some of my listings include the option for me to do the photo, but some have other options instead. (Those ones should have a link in the listing, so you can still add my photo service.)
How long will it take?
I usually ship orders out within 1 or 2 business days although during holidays or busy times I might need more time. It's best to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.
(NOTE: Regular shipping has no tracking and delivery times can vary a lot so are not guaranteed. It usually takes under 2 weeks to most places. However if there's delays (i.e.: Customs, Holidays, extreme weather, etc) it can take longer.
These are unusual times, and some orders are taking much longer than usual.
I can offer Express shipping or tracked shipping, but they are expensive and need to be arranged before I pack your order.)
How do I send you my picture?
Send me a message through Etsy, and attach your photo to it :)
How can I track my order?
Sorry but regular shipping doesn't include tracking.
If you want Tracking it costs a lot more, so we need to arrange that before I ship your order.
Where can I get photos printed this size?
I don't know if/where you can get this size picture printed commercially. If you are unsure how to resize and print a photo, I suggest you let me do it for you by selecting that option :)
