The item was printed in properly. I contacted the seller for an exchange or refund and a month later he’s still not mailing me a label or refund my money.

Seller couldn’t tell me if they shipped my item yet, then realized it’s because it came from China, not from them. Very poor quality

Sent the wrong tracking number. Order was extremely late getting delivered, and got delivered to the wrong address. Seller was no help and at and wouldn’t refund me. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I received the wrong necklace and was not as advertised. The chain was cheaper looking and did not have the same design. I messaged the seller who informed me they sent the wrong item to me. I asked for a prepaid shipping label so I could return the item for a refund (since it’s a gift and now too late to give) and the seller told me I would be responsible for paying for the return & that it’s on me… even though he said HE shipped me the wrong item. Not even an apology was given. Very unhappy, would not recommend purchasing from this company. Poor customer service, no accountability, and false advertisement.
