Sons Command respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information I Collect

To complete your order, I may receive certain information through Etsy, including your name, email address, postal address, payment-transaction details, the products ordered and any information provided through Etsy Messages. I do not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information only when necessary to:

• Process, produce and deliver your order
• Communicate with you about your purchase
• Provide customer service and resolve order problems
• Comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations
• Protect the security and integrity of my shop
• Improve my products and customer experience

• Etsy, as required under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use
• Production and fulfillment partners that manufacture and package orders

Only the information required to perform the applicable service is shared. I do not sell or rent buyer information.

Data Retention

I retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, provide customer service and meet applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

International Data Transfers

Sons Command is based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Etsy, production partners and shipping providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Personal information is shared only as necessary to complete transactions and provide the requested services.

Your Rights
