RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales of digital downloads are final. Because files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, refunds are not available. If you experience a technical issue with your files, contact me through Etsy messages and I will resolve it.
DELIVERY
Files are delivered instantly through Etsy's digital download system. You will receive a link to download your files immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical item will be shipped.
FILES AND FORMAT
All tools are delivered as .html files. Open them by double-clicking — they open in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox). No Excel, no Adobe, no special software required. Files work offline on Mac and Windows.

Q: What is an HTML file and how do I open it?
A: An HTML file is a web page that runs in your browser. Double-click the file and it opens automatically in Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox — the same way a website opens. No installation required.
Q: Do I need Excel or any special software?
A: No. These tools run entirely in your browser. You do not need Excel, Adobe, or any other software.
Q: Will this work on a Mac?
A: Yes. Compatible with Mac and Windows. Works in any modern browser on either operating system.
Q: Do I need an internet connection to use the tools?
A: Only for the initial download. Once the files are on your computer, they work completely offline.
Q: Can I share these files with my team?
A: Each purchase is licensed for individual use. For firm-wide or team licensing, contact me through Etsy messages before purchasing.
Q: I downloaded the file but it opened as code, not a tool. What happened?
A: Your computer opened it in a text editor instead of a browser. Right-click the file, select Open With, and choose Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
