Just as ordered, used them to create flag football flags on a graduation pillow

I havent started this pattern yet. Im a visual learner and it's easy to understand, but if I get stuck there's a YouTube video that will help me. Now, its a matter of time and money to collect the perfect octopus fabrics before making this.

I did a digital download for this pattern. I bought the fabric and panels at a local quilt shop. The quilt top went together as expected. I used the utube video which I definitely needed and it was very helpful. The item still needs to be quilted and I am deciding on a few different fabrics for the back.. It is just adorable !

I had the opportunity to meet Stacy at the Vintage Pink and Green quilt shop in Maryland . She was awesome, shared great ideas and was very helpful. Then I checked her website and newsletters, and those are very impressive. Decided I'd buy this great pattern and see how it goes. The directions are easy to understand and it is well written. I'm inspired by everything Stacy creates!
