What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged please contact the email listed above within 30 days after the product has been received. We'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. (Status of Package must show that it was not delivered to the address to deem lost in transit)
What about Returns?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to Refund, we will however Reship at our expense if product is deemed misprinted/damaged/defective or lost in transit.

What is the Quality of the Print
The Standard is considered to be at 300 DPI, our stickers are at 402 DPI (pixels per inch)
The image will appear sharp and crisp.
