Studio North ships Internationally
Product Delivery
Buyer is responsible for entering correct mailing information at time of check out. Mailing address should also include buyers full name. Buyer is responsible for making sure that mailing location, such as a mailbox is up USPS standards and is a deliverable location. If at any time USPS marks a package as undeliverable for any reason, and sends back to Studio North, the buyer will have the option to either cancel the order and be refunded for price of product minus a 25% restocking fee or have the item reshipped. The buyer is responsible for full re shipping cost.

First Class Package $5.00
Padded Flat Rate Envelope $7.55
Medium Flat Rate Box $12.80

Problem With Order/Product
If there is a problem with the order/product, the buyer is required to contact Studio North within 2 (two) business days after delivery. The buyer is required to provide photographed proof of any damage or errors with the product. If damage or error is found by Studio North, an exact replacement of original order will be sent at no charge to the buyer. If damage was caused by the buyer, no refund or replacement will be given. If damage was caused during shipment, the buyer is responsible to file a claim with USPS. Studio North is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Forced Returns
Studio North does not except "Forced Returns" at any time. Forced returns may include but is not limited to the following:
1. Refused package upon delivery.
2. Refused to pay additional customs and or duty fees.
3. Return items without consent.
If the buyer sends a "Forced Return" you acknowledge that you as the buyer forfeit the purchased product as well as a payment refund for product and shipping costs. The buyer may request to reship the product with additional re-shipment charges.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that Studio North authorizes a return or exchange, the following will apply:
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and must provide tracking number of package.
If damage to the product is found after the item(s) are returned, no refund will be given.
Once the item(s) are received by Studio North, we will then process the refund amount minus the 20% restocking fee.
In the event of an exchange:
Buyer must place a new order with Studio North and follow all above guidelines to return original item(s).
Once the item(s) have been returned to Fabric Beyond and a new order from the buyer has been placed, we will then process a refund for the original order.
