5 out of 5 starsShe really had to work with me to get a face on my granddaughter's fluffy little black puppy without her input because it was a Christmas surprise. I was all ready to tell my granddaughter that the lady would make more changes if she wasn't happy with it but she opened that gift and practically squealed with delight! She loved it exactly as it was. Nothing could have made me happier!!!
