Soy una ;) de 40 años de edad que ama todas las cosas relacionadas con los aceites esenciales. Han sido Un cambio total de juego para nuestra familia y la forma en que pienso sobre vivir la buena vida con una mejor salud. La seguridad y el uso adecuado es enorme para mí, ¡son súper potentes y deben ser respetados!
ME ENCANTA Hawái. La Isla Grande para ser específicos. Es el lugar al que voy en mi cabeza (y en persona cuando el pasaje aéreo es lo suficientemente barato y mi esposo acumula suficientes millas) que me proporciona una paz interior que muchos solo sueñan con lograr.
Solo tenía sentido para mí combinar las cosas que amo para ayudar a crear mi paz interior cuando no puedo relajarme en la Isla Grande. ¡Mi lugar para el cuidado personal, aparte de la vida en la isla, incluye costura, aceites y un pequeño feliz!
Cuando tengo tiempo de coser es una gran salida para mí. Ojalá pudiera tener un día que suba constantemente, pero saltar de terapia en terapia para mi hija complica las cosas. Envíame un convo con preguntas sobre aduanas.
I'm a 40 something year old ;) who loves all things related to Essential Oils. They have been Total Game Changers for our family and the way I think about living the good life with improved health. Safety and proper use is huge for me, they are super potent and need to be respected!
I LOVE Hawaii. The Big Island to be specific. Its the place I go to in my head (and in person when airfare is cheap enough and my husband accrues enough miles) that provides me with an inner peace that many only dream of achieving.
It only made sense for me to combine the things I love to help create my inner peace when I can't be chilling on the Big Island. My place for self care, other then island life, include sewing, oils, and a happy little one!
When I have time to sew it is a great outlet for me. I wish I could have a day I consistently upload on but bouncing from therapy to therapy for my daughter complicates things. Send me a convo with questions about customs.
