Hi everyone!
My name is Alice and I turn pre-loved cotton fabric into beautiful reusable drawstring bags. I hand source, wash, measure, cut, steam, press, serge, sew, and package each piece and I put so much love and intention into it.

I love being outside and that is definitely reflected in the patterns on the fabric that I choose. I gravitate toward colours and shapes that remind me of nature. I am also a primary school French Immersion teacher! My days can be pretty hectic but making time to pour myself into the process of making these bags brings me so much peace and joy.

The name 'The Loop Bag' came from the idea of a circular economy where existing materials and products are shared, reused, repurposed, repaired, and recycled for as long as possible. I use only secondhand materials to make these bags. My hope is that when they are no longer serving whoever buys them, those people will either donate them, use them to wrap a gift for a friend, or repurpose them into something completely different!
