I LOVE the fact that my frames are different than almost any other shop. They are NOT just a print glued to a frame! They are created with a sublimation process that makes them a step above the others!! The image becomes PART of the frame, not just a glued-on overlay! No glue is used.

Are your frames just paper that is just glued onto the frame?

NO! Our frames are created with an extreme heat sublimation process. No glue or adhesive is used on our frames

This is a large step-above the shops that only use a glued-on paper process!

How do I clean the frame?

FRAMES CAN NOT GET WET. Wetting the frame will damage the frame. Dust frame with dry cloth only. Do not spray frame with cleaner of any type. ThePictureFrameShop is not responsible for frames damaged by exposing them to water or any type of moisture.

What is the difference between the Basic and Premium frames?

Both of the frames are created the same way. They are created using an intense heat process called sublimation. No paper or glue is used. THE FRONTS OF THE FRAME LOOK THE SAME. The difference is that the premium frames has the upgraded items including a black hand painted frame noticeable on all sides and back, real hand cut piece of glass, and an attached stand as you would see in store-bought frames. The basic has natural wood, mylar to protect the photo and a peg used to stand the frame

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer gift wrapping services after Covid

Do you offer RUSH shipping?

Yes, we do, and it is available at purchase. Although we cannot guarantee the actual delivery date (that would be the responsibility of the shipper), we would definitely guarantee the ship date. Orders are shipped several days early with this upgrade. Please message me with questions--

Where do I tell you the customization I would like?

The "note to seller" box can be found after you've added the item to your cart. If you're purchasing on a desktop, you will see a text box below the item photo. If you're purchasing through the app, you will see an opening above the item total. If you miss this during checkout, please message me after purchasing. I CANNOT guarantee changes to the order after purchase. This includes even if I respond via message to the change. I will do my best, but there is NO guarantee. You may ask for a proof.

What is the size of the frame and the photo it holds?

The square frame is 8"x8". It holds a photo that is 3.7" X 3.7". The rectangular frame is 8.5" x 6.5" and holds a 4" x 6" picture
I can format, print and insert the photo for a small fee. Message me if interested or see listing information for details

If I have given you the wrong shipping address. What should I do now?

To protect both you and me, I must ship to the address on the order. If your purchase is meant as a gift, please confirm the correct shipping address is on the order. Once the order is placed, shipping addresses can't be changed. The order would have to be cancelled and reordered to make any corrections. It is the buyer's responsibility to supply the accurate shipping address. If buyer supplies incorrect shipping address on order, no refunds or replacements will be made when tracking confirms delivery.

How do I get the correct size photo for your frame?

The photo can be easily cut down from a 4"x 6" picture for the 8" x 8" frame, or I can format and professionally print your photo for a fee of $3.99 for a PERFECT FIT

Will the color I choose look EXACTLY the same as on my computer?

Although ThePictureFrameShop will use the exact color listed, computer monitors will vary. The finished product may vary slightly in color
