4 out of 5 starseasy to print. I think the cards are not quite what I was needing but that is on me for not selecting but different product.

Thank you for the review, and I appreciate you flagging this. The cheat sheet is designed as a quick-reference summary rather than a set of exercises. If you were after something to work through, the Overthinking and Rumination Toolkit or the Complete CBT Anxiety Workbook would be a better fit. Message me any time if you would like help finding the right resource.

Are these digital or physical products?
All items from The Resource Library are digital downloads. Nothing is posted. Once payment is processed you can download your files directly through Etsy.
How do I access my files after purchase?
Go to Purchases and Reviews in your Etsy account and select Download Files next to your order. Please use a web browser rather than the Etsy app, as the app does not support digital downloads. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. I recommend saving a copy to your device straight away.If you’re struggling or in crisis, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or your local support service.
Can I use these with my clients, or share the files?
Yes, therapists and other practitioners may print and use these resources with their own clients. Your purchase covers one practitioner.
What is not permitted: reselling the files, sharing the original PDFs with clients or colleagues, uploading them to a shared drive or practice-wide system, or redistributing them in any form, modified or otherwise.
Can I print the worksheets?
Yes. All files are designed for A4 and print cleanly at home or at a print shop. They can also be completed on screen using a tablet and a PDF annotation app.
Are these resources a replacement for therapy?
No. All files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them in any form, even if modified.
No. These resources support learning, reflection and skill development, but they do not replace professional mental health care. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or your local support service.
Can I contact you with questions or custom requests?
Yes. Send a message through Etsy with any questions about the resources, licensing, or custom requests and I will get back to you.
