Thank you for your feedback. The order was shipped on time and tracking confirmed delivery to the community mailbox. Unfortunately, once an item is marked delivered by the carrier, situations involving community mailboxes or misplacement are beyond the seller’s control. The case was reviewed and resolved by Etsy, and a resolution was reached. I appreciate your understanding.

5 out of 5 starsI got this saree for my nikkah ceremony. The saree looks just like the pictures and the embroidery work is very well done. The customer service rep is incredibly polite and will communicate all the details well to make sure you get your product in time. I specifically asked for expedited shipping and they made sure I get my saree in time :)
