Quando ho avuto il mio primo figlio, mi sentivo sopraffatta, esausta e, a dire il vero... un po' persa. Ho lottato con la depressione post-partum e con la pressione di "riprendermi" o di avere tutto sotto controllo. Ciò di cui avevo veramente bisogno era grazia, riposo e incoraggiamento. Un dolce promemoria del fatto che stavo facendo abbastanza, anche nei giorni più difficili. Sono ancora impegnata con tutti i miei impegni di mamma, moglie, educatrice e imprenditrice, proprio come tante mamme meravigliose là fuori. Alcune giornate sono semplicemente difficili...
Ecco perché ho creato Thrive in Thread: per creare capi comodi e ricamati che ti sussurrino che non sei sola e che stai andando alla GRANDE.

When I had my first child, I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly… a little lost. I struggled with postpartum depression and the pressure to “bounce back” or have it all together. What I really needed was grace, rest, and encouragement. A gentle reminder that I was doing enough — even on the hard days. I am still busy with all of my mom, wife, educator, and entrepreneur responsibilities, just as many amazing moms out there. Some days are just hard....
That’s why I started Thrive in Thread: to create cozy, embroidered pieces that whisper you’re not alone, and you are doing GREAT.
