SHOP POLICIES — TRACKARCHIVE
Digital Downloads

All TrackArchive products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital files will be available through Etsy's download system.

Please make sure you have a suitable device, compatible software, and sufficient storage space before downloading large collections.

If you experience any problem accessing or downloading your files, please contact TrackArchive Support and we'll be happy to help.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once digital files have been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a problem with your order, such as missing files, corrupted files, or an incorrect download, please contact us. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where applicable, Etsy's policies and any rights provided by applicable consumer law will continue to apply.

Music Usage & Copyright

TrackArchive respects the intellectual property rights of artists, composers, record labels, publishers, and other rights holders.

Any third-party music, recordings, compositions, trademarks, or artwork included in a collection remain the property of their respective rights holders. TrackArchive does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Purchasing a TrackArchive digital collection does not transfer copyright ownership or grant rights beyond those permitted by the applicable rights holder.

Customers may not:

Resell individual tracks or files
Redistribute or publicly share downloaded files
Upload files to file-sharing or torrent websites
Claim third-party recordings as their own
Repackage or redistribute TrackArchive collections

Please only purchase or use products where you have the appropriate rights or authorization for the included content.

Personal Use

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, TrackArchive digital music collections are intended for the purchaser's personal listening and archival use.

Purchasing a collection does not transfer ownership of the underlying recordings or compositions.

Commercial use, public performance, broadcasting, streaming, synchronization, or other uses may require separate permission or licensing from the applicable rights holders.

TrackArchive aims to provide clear and accurate information about every collection, including the approximate number of tracks, file format, audio quality, and organization.

Collection sizes may vary depending on the final contents, duplicate removal, and file organization.

Please read each individual listing carefully before purchasing.

FAQ
How do I download my files?

After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will provide access to your digital files.

You can find your purchases through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews, then select the relevant order and download the available files.

I can't download my files. What should I do?

First, check your Etsy Purchases and Reviews section and your email for the download information.

If you still can't access the files, send us a message through Etsy with your order information and we'll help you troubleshoot the problem.

Are these physical CDs or records?

No. TrackArchive products are digital downloads unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

No physical CDs, vinyl records, USB drives, or other physical products are shipped.

Can I share the files with friends?

No. Purchased files are intended for the purchaser's permitted use.

Please do not share, upload, redistribute, or resell the downloaded files.

Can I resell individual songs?

No. TrackArchive collections may not be broken apart and resold as individual tracks or repackaged into new collections.

Can I upload the music to YouTube or other platforms?

You are responsible for obtaining any licenses or permissions required for public use, synchronization, broadcasting, streaming, or other commercial uses of copyrighted recordings.

Purchasing a TrackArchive collection does not automatically grant those rights.

Are the tracks copyrighted?

Many commercial music recordings and compositions are protected by copyright.

TrackArchive does not claim ownership of third-party recordings, compositions, trademarks, or artwork.

Please check the applicable rights and permissions for your intended use.

How many tracks are included?

The number of tracks varies by collection.

The exact or approximate track count stated on each individual listing should be used as the guide.

For example, if a collection contains approximately 200 tracks, the listing will state 200+ tracks rather than making a larger claim.

Do you offer custom music collections?

TrackArchive currently focuses on curated digital music collections available through the Etsy shop.

If you have a question about a particular collection or would like to suggest a future collection, feel free to contact us through Etsy Messages.

Can I use the music commercially?

Commercial use, public performance, broadcasting, streaming, synchronization, or other uses may require separate permission or licensing from the applicable rights holders.

Please do not assume that purchasing a TrackArchive product grants commercial-use rights.
