How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is [3-5 business days] before your order ships. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes [3-7 business days]. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
Do you ship internationally ?
Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, and the UK / worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Trakas Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed ?
While we cannot control the postal service once a package leaves our hands, we want you to be happy! If your tracking hasn't updated in 14 days, please reach out to us and we will help look into it or find a solution.
What is your return and exchange policy ?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do ?
We pack every order with care, but accidents in transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Do you offer wholesale purchasing ?
Yes, we do! If you are a retailer interested in stocking Trakas Designs, please send us a direct message with your store details and the quantities you are looking for, and we will provide you with our wholesale pricing sheet.
Can I change the details of a personalized order after I place it ?
If you realize you made a mistake (like a typo in a name), please message us immediately. If we have not started processing your order yet, we are happy to make the change. However, once production has begun, we can no longer alter the details.
