Frequently asked questions
What if the item is not as expected e.g. damaged in transit or lost?
While it's rare that this will happen, in such a circumstance, our stated policy is to replace the item free of charge regardless of the circumstance. In the unlikely event that an item is returned, the cost to return the print will be paid for by the buyer.
What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?
While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine there whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.
Are the delivery dates guaranteed?
The delivery dates are estimates and while they are usually honoured, on rare occasions some items can be delayed. This will not be considered a valid reason for return. and we will do everything possible to help should your item be delayed :)
