An excellent book - well written with very interesting insights regarding fusing and kiln temperatures- highly recommend reading for any kiln forming glass artists- thankyou

Although this text is very scientific, it is presented in a way that forces the glass artist to examine design (especially when it includes thicknesses of more than 6mm), as it relates to heat work, annealing, and tack fusing, full fusing, and/or slumping. The author gives a good overview/review of the properties of glass and the importance of taking all of this into account prior to design. The item is an e-book, and although the author made hyperlinks to appendices information so that the reader could have quick access, the hyperlinks did not work. It's a minor thing as the author is clear about the location of the additional information in the appendices.
