Announcement    Due to the recent changes to the EU VAT Regulations (IOSS) on July 1st, 2021, I will no longer be selling prints to customers in the EU. Currently as it stands, many Canadian couriers do not support the proper electronic documentation to ensure that customers in the EU are not charged twice for VAT. Before the changes to the IOSS on July 1st, there was an exemption for purchasing goods online within or outside of the EU if the total came to 22 euros or less that did not require any additional documentation to be submitted to couriers, and unfortunately that is no longer the case.

Estimated shipping times for Lettermail (Standard Shipping)

All of my products are mailed via Canada Post. I visit the post office twice per week, from Monday to Friday, to send out orders. Any orders I receive on Friday through Sunday will be sent out on either Monday or Tuesday.

Please note that the following shipping times are general estimates, and may sometimes take longer to arrive depending on your location and proximity to postal services.

CANADA: 2-4 business days
UNITED STATES: 4-6 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 4-7 business days

Shipping costs

Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on Canada Post's shipping standards, plus the cost of any shipping materials including labels, envelopes, and protective materials.

All of my products are shipped in their own individual polypropylene sleeves, chipboard, and an FSC certified envelope or bubble mailer to prevent scratches, water damage, and bending.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

I do my best to ensure that my listings are accurate and that every product is in good condition and securely packed before shipping them to you. Unfortunately, I have no control over any shipping delays due to inclement weather, postal services, etc. and am not responsible for any damage that is incurred in-transit.

Customer service and satisfaction are important to me, so please feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order!

Please note that all products are final sale. I accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

This store does not offer gift wrapping or packaging, but if you would like to send your order to a different address than what is listed on your account or if you would like to include a small note for the recipient, please provide the appropriate information when placing your order.

Please note that invoices and receipts are not included in orders marked as gifts. If you would like to keep a record of your purchases for personal documentation, invoices and receipts can also be printed at any time within your own Etsy account.

Invoices and receipts are not included in orders shipped via Lettermail (Standard Shipping) in order to reduce paper waste, but are automatically included for any Parcels and Packages as per Canada Post's shipping requirements.

If you would like an invoice or receipt, please request for one when placing your order.
