Do these work in Excel or Google Sheets?
Both — plus LibreOffice. There are no macros or add-ins. Open the file directly in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets.
What's your refund policy on digital products?
Because these are instant downloads, all sales are final. But if a file is broken or won't open on your machine, message us and we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle.
Can my whole team or multiple locations use one purchase?
One purchase covers one business location — everyone on that crew can use it. For multiple locations, please grab a copy per location; the tools are priced to make that painless.
How do I get support?

Which product should I choose?
Choose the HVAC Shop Ops Pack for the five-file estimate follow-up and declined-service bundle. Choose an individual tracker when you need one specific workflow: job costing, maintenance renewals, callbacks, auto repair follow-up, dispatch, technician performance, parts, or small-fleet maintenance. Job Costing, Renewal, and Callback trackers are sold separately and are not included in the five-file pack.
