My co-workers had been thrilled with the book mugs I had previously bought from this shop, so I asked Melissa if she could customize another mug for me. She created exactly what I had in mind and shipped it right away. Unfortunately, USPS decided the mug needed to tour the US before arriving at my house a couple weeks late, but during that time, Melisse was always communicative and ready to replace the mug if it was not found. I'm thrilled with this mug and will come back to this shop for future gifts, for sure.

When you order multiple items, we will send them in separate packages so you can enjoy them sooner! If you have questions or need help with your order, please reach out. We are here to help you have a great experience!
What are your shipping times? When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 7 days of purchase.
All products are made to order, and production time is usually 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking number, and the shipping time is estimated to be 5 to 7 business days.
* Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and during very busy holiday times, there are shipping delays due to high volume with my print partners that I cannot control.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is created custom to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. I do accept cancellations within a 4-hour window.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Gift messages are available! Please select the gift option during checkout and provide your personal message. Wrapping is not available.
