Please pay attention to estimated delivery time on all listings. I do offer shipping upgrades at checkout for faster delivery.

Your jewelry will arrive securely wrapped in a gift box, with jewelry care instructions on the back of my business card, along with a packing slip that does not include prices—perfect for gifting.

✅ Exchange & Return Policy

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days if you wish to exchange or return.
• Exchanges and returns are gladly accepted on eligible items
• A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns
• Exchanges must be for items of equal value
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Once we agree on a return, please send the item back within 7 days of that agreement. I do not accept late returns. Items must be in original, unworn condition in its original gift box. Late returns or worn items cannot be accepted. I am not responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of my jewelry.

Domestic Refunds are processed during business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You will receive a refund confirmation via email within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS. YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST SO WE CAN GO OVER HOW TO PROPERLY RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER.
