Payment

I will send out your order within 1-2 working days after receiving payment. I will cancel your order if you have not made payment within 7 days.

Shipping

Delivery costs are based on Royal Mail estimates, first class large letter standard which takes an estimated 1-2 working days after being dispatched (can sometimes take slightly longer during the holiday periods).

If you would like your order to be tracked or signed for please email me and I can advise on the additional costs.

If you haven't received your order within 15 working days after the dispatch date please get in contact with me and I will send out a replacement.
