Sign in to Etsy.com using a browser, then open Your Account → Purchases → Download Files. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app.

KNOTILO patterns use standard US crochet terminology. Required skills, materials and abbreviations are clearly explained inside each pattern.
What if I need help with a pattern?
Please message KNOTILO through Etsy with the pattern name and the step causing difficulty. We will gladly help you continue your project.

Because digital files are delivered electronically, returns and exchanges are not accepted except where required by law. Please contact us if you experience a file or pattern issue.
