Footwear making is a complex process, and the quality of shoes depends not only on the used materials and the performed operations, but above all on the correct design of the basic elements of the form. The ergonomic shoe last determines the inner form of comfort footwear.
To date, the most promising way of designing and manufacturing shoe last is 3D design with subsequent prototyping using milling process or 3D printing. In this store you can see and purchase digital models of lasts, ready for production in this way. All these models was designed taking into account the anthropometric parameters of the foot and comply with ergonomic requirements
In almost any country, there are last manufacturing companies that can make products according to their digital 3D models, and you will not be dependent on international shipments. If you want to get a ready-made physical last, this is also possible, but it will take some time (for its making and shipment).
Any of the lasts available in the store can be designed according to your individual parameters. To do this, I will need the basic dimensions of your foot.
In addition, the store presents digital patterns of shoe models, on which you can make the shoe upper. All presented shoe patterns are designed taking into account the technological requirements of the footwear production, have the necessary margins, notchs and markings.

I got the design and changed the measurements slightly to adjust my wider foot and printed them. They are good. But my only doubt is, considering this as a solid shoe last, how do I take the last out of shoe after making them since this is a solid piece. If anyone has any idea, please do let me know.

Footwear modeling-design

Shoes can be perfect only if they are contemporaneously an object of science, craft and art.

Footwear have been my main hobby for many years. For some time now I started designing the shoe lasts because very often in shoe production I faced the problem of incorrect shoe lasts. Later, people began to contact to me to develop individual shoe lasts. Then I began to design other 3D shoe components: the heels, the soles, etc. I have not forgotten my first profession as a shoe designer either, therefore, the shoe patterns of various designs are also presented in my store. As for my teaching tutorials, I began to translate them into English, because I often heard requests from foreign friends to explain the design of a shoe models.
At the same time I try to link the scientific foundations of shoe production with innovative progressive methods and my own practical experience.
In my store you can find a digital models of shoe last of various styles and types, digital patterns for making footwear, as well as complex digital shoe projects. Digital models are ready for production by 3D printing or CNC milling. Digital patterns are ready for printing on paper of the format specified in the description.
