When will I receive my package once it has shipped?
🇨🇦 Canada: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

🌍 International: Estimated delivery is 5–21 business days.

Who pays for customs fees?
According to Etsy’s policy, buyers are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary depending on the item’s price, type, weight, dimensions, origin country, and the taxes or duties of the destination country.
Most sellers on Etsy are unable to predict which of these fees—if any—will apply, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect them. This information should be clarified in each shop’s policies.

Goods arriving into AU from non-AU country
As of July 1st, 2018, Etsy must collect and remit GST on certain orders shipped into Australia.
Etsy will automatically collect and remit the tax from AU buyers, but sellers may need to include additional information on the customs form depending on the shipping method.
Australian customs authorities may look at the customs form to confirm that GST was paid on the order. Multiple items purchased in the same order should be shipped in the same package.
Sellers who ship packages using a national mail service, such as the United States Postal Service, PostNL in the Netherlands, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, or Canada Post, may not be required to provide this additional information.
Returned item for none payment of import VAT/fees/taxes/duties?
Returned item for non-payment of import VAT, fees, taxes, or duties
If an item is returned to me due to non-payment of import VAT, fees, taxes, or duties in the buyer’s country, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Is my shipping cost refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. If you are receiving a refund for your purchased items after shipment, the shipping fees you paid will not be returned. In cases where free shipping was applied, the refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping cost incurred to send your package.
If you receive a refund before your order has shipped, any shipping fees paid will be fully refunded.
Will I receive a full refund for an item that was shipped back to the seller (ex. buyer provided wrong address or unclaimed parcel)
If a correction is made before the item is shipped, that is ideal. However, if the item has already been shipped and is returned to me, the following applies:
- If you wish to receive the item, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it sent back to you.
- If you no longer wish to receive the item and request a refund, you will receive a refund minus any return-related fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For orders that included free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- Return fees may vary depending on package size and destination.
- Refunds cannot be issued until the returned item is received, and this process may take a few weeks.
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
If your items have not arrived and a significant amount of time has passed, please contact me before leaving a review so we can work together to resolve the issue. I am committed to helping you receive your order as quickly as possible.
If necessary, I will initiate an inquiry with the shipping company. Once the investigation is complete, we will determine the best course of action. Each situation is handled individually, and outcomes may vary on a case-by-case basis.
Will I receive any email correspondence from anyone other than RfbyMariola?
Yes you will.
You will receive email correspondence only from the shipping company to inform you of your package status. This includes that the shipping company received your item, item was processed, item is on it's way to you and your package is out for delivery.
