We create based on the world around us and re-imagine it into new possibilities and wonders. Hello and thanks for visiting our little shop we really appreciate it! We are twin brothers Andrew and Marty! Andrew is a Environmental design graduate from OCADU University in Toronto, Canada with a minor in ceramics, and Marty is a Business Geography and Environmental Management graduate from University of Toronto Mississauga.
Rolling Designs has been a part of Etsy’s marketplace since 2019 and has been creating fun predominantly animal themed ceramic designs ever since. Being animal lovers, we wanted to create unique, one of a kind ceramic items to help bring a smile to whoever sees them. Our journey to creating our ceramics has been a long one with many setbacks but we are so happy to be able to create one of a kind ceramics to brighten your day and spread some cheer. In our times where there are so many different things to dampen our spirits, we wanted to create pieces that can elevate and evoke a sense of happiness and joy to all that sees them.
We love to create and are inspired by the world around us. Our line of all original, one of a kind figurines are called “Ceramic Animal Friends”. It is a collection of animals which are apart of human kind’s everyday life and meant to foster a appreciation for animals on our planet. This is to realize that animals and humans share a planet and need to exist in harmony together.
We love to revisualize ideas into different forms and playing with pattern, simplification and graphic elements to create fun, colourful designs that will brighten your day and bring a smile to your face! :)
