5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely loved reading Amina and the Invisible Garden! It is such a beautifully written and thoughtfully created story for children. What makes it especially meaningful is the gentle way it introduces children to the concepts of du'a, patience, gratitude, and trusting Allah. I highly recommend Amina and the Invisible Garden to families with young children. Amina’s journey beautifully reminds young readers that blessings and answers to our prayers may not always appear in the way or at the time we expect. I especially loved how the story encourages children to notice the small blessings around them and say Alhamdulillah for what they can see and even for what they cannot see yet. The accompanying coloring and activity book makes the experience even more engaging and gives children an opportunity to reflect and create.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?
For digital downloads, Etsy does not permit returns on delivered files, and we follow that policy; if a file is wrong or damaged, message us and we will replace it. For physical items, contact us within 7 days of delivery if anything arrives damaged or incorrect and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind, but an error on our side is always corrected free.
Do you send photos before you ship items?
For personalized items, we send a proof of your personalization details for approval before production when the listing includes proofing. For candles and prints fulfilled by our production partner, items are made to order to the listing specifications, so photos before shipping are not available; the listing photos show the exact design you will receive.
How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?
Send photos or links to the colors you are matching through Etsy messages before ordering. Printed and textile colors can vary slightly from screen colors; we will tell you honestly if a match cannot be made.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
Yes: damaged items, incorrect items, and our errors are always refunded or replaced. Digital files that fail to download or arrive corrupted are replaced or refunded. Because personalized and made to order items are produced for one customer, change of mind returns are not accepted on those items.
Do you offer rush production?
Physical items are produced by our partner in 2 to 4 business days and shipped standard in 4 to 12 business days. We cannot rush partner production, so please order gifts with that window in mind. Digital items are instant.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once a package is with the carrier, transit is in their hands; contact the carrier first for delays, and message us so we can help track it. If a package is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund it.
If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price at the time of order. We run sales often, and you are welcome to use any current public coupon on your next order.
What are the care instructions for my items?
Candles: trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, keep away from drafts, and do not burn more than 4 hours at a time. Prints and canvas: keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and humidity. Blankets: machine wash cold, gentle, tumble dry low.
For digital downloads: how do I access my files?
Your files attach to your payment receipt under Purchases and Reviews in your Etsy account, ready to download immediately after checkout. No physical item is shipped. Print at home or at any local print shop; frame is not included unless the listing states a framed tier.
