All of our items are sent in organza gift bags and may be wrapped in bubble wrap (if fragile). Our jewellery is sent in handmade card packaging with a plastic sleeve. Every item is sent in a presentable way to give as a gift, along with our business card. Personalised notes (e.g. Happy Birthday) can be included, please include any extra information in the "Note to Seller" when checking out.

Please send me a message for information on wholesale orders. I do offer a discount on multiple items of the same style, but I ask that you please be realistic when enquiring about these wholesale prices. We get a lot of questions about supplying for Subscription Boxes - we will not sell our pieces at 90% discount as they are handmade and supplies cost a lot. Please only enquire about wholesale if you are serious.

While our jewellery is hand made, it is not indestructible. For any of our cameo pieces, they are splash proof, not waterproof. Please do not submerge them in water or wear while swimming/showering.

Our engraved pieces are hand made with aluminium and may tarnish after a while. They can be easily cared for with a simple silver polishing cloth to be brought back to life again. As aluminium cannot be oxidised like other metals, the writing on your stamped pieces may start to fade over time. For instructions on how to bring the words out again please send us a message.

Please get in contact for any breakages that take place within 30 days of receiving your package and we will be happy to replace or repair the broken jewellery =]

We absolutely love custom orders! Just click the "Request Custom Order" Button on our Shop and send a message with your ideas.

All of the items on the Shop can also be personalised - charms can be changed around and different coloured crystal beads can be used - just be sure to message before purchasing.

We also specialise in Metal Stamping and are able to offer you any quotes/names/dates for your own custom jewellery. With many different fonts and design stamps to choose from, absolutely anything is possible!

As we are based in the UK, all International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard unless the Shipping Upgrade is purchased. The standard Shipping Method can take up to 5 weeks to arrive and does not have a tracking number available. For a faster service (approx 5-10 business days) and a tracking number please purchase the Shipping Upgrade along with your item(s).

Standard UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Standard. For Next Day Delivery or for a signed for service, please send me a message for availability as these need to be posted out before a certain time in the day.

If your order has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please send us a message before leaving feedback so we can fix any problems. We will resend packages if they do not turn up within a reasonable amount of time (see below) and for broken on delivery pieces we can repair of resend a new piece.

From time to time we may have a discount code available to use for your order. Please note that these discount codes are for full value orders. They are not valid on custom or wholesale orders. If you try to apply another discount to your wholesale/custom items your order will immediately be cancelled. We cannot refund any money if you forget to use your discount code or if you enter it into the wrong place.
