How to download your order

After your purchase has been processed and completed you'll need to go to the 'Purchases and Reviews' page in your Etsy account and click on the download link next to the order. How to extract your files from a zip folder

- To unzip on a Mac, double click the zipped file. The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in. - To unzip on an iPhone/iPad open the Files app then tap 'Open in Files' link and choose a location for the zip file and tap 'Add' to save the files to your selected folder. - To unzip on a PC, press, and hold (or right-click) on the folder and select 'Extract All', and then follow the instructions and save the files to your selected folder. - To unzip on an Android device, open the My Files app and tap the Downloads link. Locate the zip folder and tap 'Extract' to unzip and save the files to your selected folder.
