Thank you for the review, Carolina! Yes, as stated in the listings, our processing time is 5-7 days so that we have time to make the products. Most of our products are made to order so we begin making them when we get an order. If we can ship faster than that we always do. Thank you for supporting our small, family owned business. I am sorry you weren’t happy with my customer service. I explained all this to you in our messages and offered to cancel your order and issue a full refund (even though we had already made your order, printed your label, and we were preparing to ship it) but you opted to have us ship it the following day instead. Your order was shipped 3 days earlier than Etsy policies had it scheduled to ship. Thank you for the 5 star review.
