I can't find my downloads.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. (Don't forget to check your spam/ Junk mail). If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" circle in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "download files" in a black box. (You may have to be using a laptop/computer to access the downloads...if you're on a phone you may not be able to see this button). If you use an iPhone or iPad to download your purchase, please open Etsy in Chrome/internet browser. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to message me!

If you cannot find your package, please call your local USPS post office and provide them you’re your tracking number. They are very helpful in figuring out what has happened to your package. For those who are receiving a USPS package wait one or two full days after the stated date of delivery. It could be delivered the next day, or one of your neighbors may accidentally receive your package. Make sure to check with your neighbors to make sure they didn’t receive your package.

What if I enter the wrong/old mailing address?

Please message me within 10 minutes of placing your order and provide me with your corrected mailing address. I can not fix the shipping address once an item has been shipped. Sonographer In The Making is not responsible for replacing any items if you have entered a wrong/old address.
