Each item is UNIQUE. It is impossible to 100% duplicate an item. The nature of reclaimed wood can be knotty and can cause stain/paint to look different from pictured. I design with the natural tendencies of the wood in mind and it is my opinion that the character of the wood lends itself to the distressed vintage look I strive for. Since ALL orders are custom, refunds are not practical. Please read the item description carefully. If there something wrong with your item that does not meet your satisfaction please let me know and I will correct it promptly. If there is by any chance shipping damage and a refund has been issued by the shipper it will immediately be forwarded on to you.

Due to the custom nature of my work I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I strive for 100% costumer satisfaction, so if your order arrives and something is not up to your expectations please send me an Etsy message within 3 days and I will absolutely work to resolve it and ensure you are pleased with your purchase.

Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks due to the handcrafted and custom nature of my items . Completion times vary due to the time of year, and are an estimate only. Orders placed after 4:30 P.M. will be processed the next business day. Shipping is via USPS Priority, which typically takes 2-4 days for delivery once a package is shipped. Maple tapping is an activity that our whole family enjoys partaking in.
From tapping the trees, collecting the sap and boiling it down. We even made our own evaporator and named her Big Bessy!

We start by collecting the Maple sap daily. Then we get 'Big Bessy' fired up with hard wood from our ten acre farm located in Oxford, Michigan and slow boil the sap until we get a rich golden syrup.

Our trees are naturally maintained, no pesticides or fertilizers. Nothing is added to the Maple syrup. It's just Maple sap. Yum!!
