Yes, we have a gift wrap or personalized wooden gift box option. If you would like a wooden gift box, click on the 'This order is a gift' box on the payment page and click on the 'Add gift wrapping' box. If you do not choose a wooden gift box, your products will be sent in our standard jewelry box.

Yes, we do personalization on all of our products. For lists without a personalization box, please use "Message Seller" or "Contact Shop Owner" button to send us your request.

Do you have a bulk discount?

Yes! We have bulk discounts, please contact us for a coupon code that works for your order. Include how many pieces you need to purchase. Discounts are based on how many items you are purchasing.

What is the size details for bracelet, necklace and ring?

For Bracelet, standart size is from 3.5 inches to 9 inches, our chain bracelets come with an extra 1.5” extension. For Necklace, standard size is from 12 inches to 24 inches. For Ring, standart size is from 3 to 12 US size. If you want different size feel free to contact me.

How long does it take for my order to be completed? "Ship by date" and "delivery date"?

We will strive to complete your personalized, handmade item in 3-5 days, this is the processing time. Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date. Ship by date: When your package leaves our store. You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice. Delivery date: When your package arrives to you.
