How do I download my purchase?

All items are digital downloads only, and no physical item will be shipped. Your purchase files will be available after payment is cleared. You will receive an email from Etsy with a link to your download included. You can also download the digital file by logging into your Etsy account and clicking on your Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, click to download the file.

Why can’t I Download my file on Etsy App?

You can’t currently download digital items through the Etsy App, and you do need to download the file on your computer.

Why can’t I cancel and refund my purchase?

Due to the nature of the product, we can not refund or exchange your purchase. If you do have a problem with the file, please contact us.

Do I need a Commercial License?

No, a Commercial License is included in your purchases, and no additional license is required. Please adhere to the Terms of Use as set out here.
