We pack every squad with extreme care using heavily padded tactical foam packaging to ensure maximum safety. However, if your miniatures arrive damaged due to harsh postal handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos of the damaged models and the box, and we will ship your replacement parts immediately, completely free of charge. Your satisfaction on the tabletop is our priority.

Question: Do the miniatures come painted and assembled?

All miniatures from NovaCoreMiniarures are delivered unpainted and unassembled. They are professionally washed, support-removed, and fully UV-cured using our elite 14K precision resin pipeline. Please note: Some models require assembly using cyanoacrylate glue (Super Glue). While we meticulously clean every model, minor micro-marks from supports may occasionally remain. These can be easily cleaned with a hobby knife or fine sandpaper before priming.
