Get creative and make a drum lampshade to match your home Décor.

Our kit will allow you to make a professional looking drum lampshade from the covering of your choice, which can then be used as either a ceiling or table lamp. The lamp comes with a converter plug to enable use with both standard bayonet (BC) and Edison screw (E27) fittings.

We also provide a kit that comes complete with a translucent or floral diffuser, as well as selling these separately.

Fitted inside the lampshade, the diffuser sits on the lip of the bottom ring. Translucent polypropylene diffusers allow the light through but are not see through, they cover the bulb and diffuse the light. The floral diffuser is a 2 part set that includes a thin translucent diffuser and floral cut diffuser. Please see our images for examples.

As the supplied PVC liner has been tested for fire resistance to comply with BS EN 60598-1-2008, the British Standard for Luminaries, you can apply any material you wish to the outside such as wallpaper to match that in your room. Would look great in a child's bedroom using their favourite themed wallpaper!

Q: Will my lampshade be fireproof?
A: Providing you use the supplied PVC liner then yes. This liner has been tested for fire resistance to comply with BS EN 60598-1-2008, the British Standard for Luminaries, so any fabric applied to the outside of it will be protected.
