Not all orders will be sent in large packages that provide tracking numbers. Smaller items will be shipped standard in classic white envelopes and may be unable to be tracked via online tracking.

All prothstetic pieces are made to fit the average adult face or head.

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

We are not responsible for lost packages. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order please contact us directly so that we may work together to find a resolution.

Do you accept returns?

To ensure customer safety and product sanitation measures, I will no longer be accepting returns during this time.

My package tracking number doesn't seem to be working.

From what I understand Etsy is having technical issues with all the tracking on envelopes and letters at this time. If you have not received your letter, USPS recommends stopping by your post office and asking if there are any items for you in the "postage due" area. From what I understand, Etsy shipping services are incorrectly valuing postage for letters and they may end up in this area as a result. If that occurs please let me know and I will reimburse you for the difference. I apologize for this inconvenience and confusion and I am working on ways to avoid this complication in future orders.

Can I pick out my stickers for my sticker pack?

We do not offer a guarantee of any specific sticker(s) in any of our mystery sticker packs. Sticker packs may contain stickers not shown in the images featured on this listing, however they will still maintain the same overall theme.

Why is my package taking longer than expected?

Perfect for casting in molds or applying onto the skin for three dimensional wounds and scars.
Just melt and pour.
Cools and sets in 1-8 minutes depending on room temperature .
Skin safe and semi translucent when applied to skin.
Packaged in easy to use clamshell containers for quick use on set and ar home. We create our SFx Gelatin with high quality 300 bloom Gelatin so that you are able to build larger and stronger prothstetics. This is a great low cost alternative to silicone while avoiding the common complications associated with using latex.
Maluability of this product changes based on temperature. As the product heats it becomes more liquid, and as it cools it will solidify.
For best heating results we recommend either using a direct handheld heat gun or a double boiler technique.
The self sticking properties of this product mean that it will bond to itself when reheated. Please utilize your preferred adhesive with this product if you intend to apply larger areas onto the skin or for prolonged usage. Please be advised that this is a Gelatin and may deteriorate under prolonged and/or intense sweating.

To save paper this item does not ship with instructions, but we are happy to guide you through using this product when inquired through direct messaging.

Could have used some more detailed instructions, had to read up on how to use it after heating in the microwave left it much stiffer than was shown in the video. I cleaned my skin with alcohol before applying and still wound up needing to glue parts back on that were peeling a couple of hours into the event.
