Seller took over 4 months to even ship item even after being messaged about it. This is a shady business.

Like pretty much every other review, item took forever to ship, and when it did, there wasn’t any tracking info, and after weeks I still had not received the item. Messaged the seller & they immediately responded. They were very attentive to the issue and shortly thereafter I received another notification that the item shipped (I’m guessing a replacement for the one lost in transit). Within a week it was delivered. The item is exactly as pictured and was very well made. 10/10 recommend, the bandana is so so cute (I got it personalized which is worth the extra $$ IMO). Just caution to any prospective buyers that shipping /delivery is a potential problem, but the seller will make it right.
