About delivery times.

Important! Estimated delivery times are those specified in my store's policies. The automatic estimates that appear during the purchase process do not correspond to the actual times. Currently, delivery times can be extended due to delays at destination customs.

The order does not arrive

If your order seems lost or does not arrive, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will immediately contact the post office to make a claim for the order. If the post office considers the package lost after the claim, or we don't receive any news from them, you can raise the case so that Etsy mediates the matter.
