All our cookies are handmade and baked fresh specially for you just before shipping. We neither freeze dough, nor cookies.

How long in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering as soon as you are ready, we can update the ship date in our system for you to receive your order on time and the freshest possible product.

Do you offer a GLUTEN-FREE option?

YESSS!!! We do offer a GLUTEN-FREE option in same of our products. Please inquiry with us.

What happens if I never respond to your event date inquiry?

We try our best to ship all orders closer to your event date, this way you would receive the freshest possible product. If we do not receive a response for your event date, all orders will be shipped on the system's schedule ship date. If you respond after your order has shipped, unfortunately we will "NOT" replace your order.

How long are the cookies good for?

All our cookies are baked fresh without any preservatives right before shipping, they should be good for 2-3 weeks from the ship date.

Shipping and delivery?

Once your order has been packed and dropped off with the carrier, we no longer have control over it. We do not control how parcels are handled during shipment; thus, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier or any delays that might come about during shipping. If your package is delivered late, we will "NOT" refund your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered in the "ship to" field. Please double check the address where your order will be shipped to, to avoid items for being returned due to incorrect entries. We will make every effort to find your package if it has been lost or misplaced, we will "NOT" refund your order due to package being lost/misplaced/miss delivered.

I ordered the set of 5 bags of the Shamrock cookies as a surprise treat for the grands. When I submitted my order, I didn't request a specific date for the cookies to arrive and the Shop owner contacted me to get that information. Excellent customer communication from the Shop from them receiving my order to supplying the shipping information. Cookies arrived on time. The cookies were definitely packed with care. Each bag was bubble wrapped and not one cookie was damaged. The cookie design is very cute and the colors are vibrant and pop. (Just as shown in the Shop pictures). There was a surprise tucked inside and I was able to taste test the cookies myself!! Delicious flavor. :)

The cookies are darling and arrived in good shape... the cellophane bags that the cookies are in are split down the sides so I cannot take the cookies out of the bubble wrap (after already having to rebag one into a ziplock)... I did eat one of the escapees and it was yummy. They are small, and darling... too bad abut the lovely packaging failed.
