My husband and I, while engineers by day, have become avid crafters by night. We found we needed a creative outlet from our oh so structured days and turned to soap making to start. This also came about from my having very sensitive skin and have trouble finding products which did not cause irritation. By creating our products with natural materials, my troubles soon faded away leading me to believe others may also struggle with store bought goods.
We have since expanded into more areas of creativity creating baby accessories, bath accessories, and other home necessities. We pride ourselves on high quality, handmade products. These crafts also help us from going stir crazy during the long winter months living in a northern climate. During the summer we enjoy gardening and use the produce to fuel our wintertime crafts (cucumber soap, tomato soap, Dandelion Soap, etc).
A few fun facts about us:
We love to travel, so much that we are theming rooms of our house from places we've been.
In order to create a one of a kind wedding (candy themed), we created most of the décor and favors ourselves.
We don't think kale is nearly as bad as it's made out to be. :)
